Up until now, Matsuno Tsukasa's signature sakes have been created based on the local Ryuo town's focus on the rice and the land that grows it, such as the AZOLLA Series, which respects the natural environment and expresses the land as it is. Matsuno Tsukasa Junmai Ginjo Mizuki was born with the brewery's new approach - crafting sake from a perspective on "water", challenging themselves to create a new type of sake that was different from anything Matsuno Tsukasa had done before.

Unlike previous Matsunotsukasa products, this is a masterpiece that skilfully expresses the "characteristics of water" - It does not have the traditional sharp acidity that cuts the sake, but rather the feeling that the sake itself disappears like a mist. The calming aroma, light sweetness and soft mouthfeel reflect the characteristics of the water of Okasakusen, and you can feel the strong connection between "sake" and "water". Please enjoy it to your heart's content!

これまでの松の司の商品とは異なり、切れ味の良い鋭い酸味ではなく、酒そのものが霧のように消えていくような感覚で、「水の特徴」を巧みに表現した逸品です。落ち着いた香り、ほのかな甘み、柔らかな口当たりは岡鑿泉の水の特性を反映しており、「酒」と「水」の強い結びつきを感じていただけます。心ゆくまでお楽しみください!
