13度の原酒+14号酵母で、銘柄名が『1314』。岡山県産雄町を55%まで精米し、繊細な個性を見事に引き出しています。原酒にもかかわらずアルコール度数は13度をキープ。低アルコールで軽快ながら、旨・甘・酸のバランスがとれた味わいをしっかり感じとれる純米吟醸酒です。口当たりも軽く飲み飽きせず、ついつい杯が進む美味しさです。
