This sake commemerates the 30th anniversary of the revival of Wataribune - an ancient rice varietal which was no longer cultivated till Taka-san's efforts resulted in the first harvest back in 1989.

平成元年、茨城に残されていた幻の酒米「短稈渡船」の復活栽培に挑み、この酒米ならではの吟醸酒を醸し続けている府中誉。「短稈渡船」の復活30周年を記念し、酒米「短稈渡船」への想いを込め造られました。精白30%まで磨いて醸し、直汲みした純米大吟醸。清らかでフルーティな香りと、ふくよかでありながら抜群の透明感のあるお酒に仕上がっています。渡船の新たな魅力を感じられることでしょう。
