This sake, which is a mix of two varieties with unique flavors, has a unique umami and sweetness and is very satisfying to drink, and it seemed wonderfully made "Nabeshima" sake!

The umami that spreads from top to bottom has a sharp grain flavor, which seems to reflect the individuality of "Yamadaho". Meanwhile, the sweetness that spreads from side to side has a light mango-like tropical fruit flavor, which seems to be a characteristic of "Watasen No. 2". Enjoy the fruity aroma of banana and melon, the full-bodied flavor, and the sharp, crisp taste.
