Made from 100% Merlot sourced from the surrounding area, including its own vineyards. In terms of vinification, modern expertise is combined with traditional handmade methods to accentuate the individuality of the grapes and reflect the terroir.

The grapes are meticulously cultivated and then released after undergoing fermentation and aging in barrels. This results in a well-balanced taste that perfectly harmonizes fresh fruit with rich acidity, complemented by the refreshing aroma of spices and herbs. With an annual production of about 4,000 bottles, it is a highly sought-after rarity.
