線香花火に代表される伝統花火「和火（WABI）」をイメージし、余計なものをそぎ落とし、本質のみを研ぎ澄ませた和火の世界観を基にして醸されたお酒です。一本〆を3分の1、五百万石を3分の2の比率でブレンドし、瓶詰め時に新鮮なオリを加えることで、生き生きとした発泡性を生み出しています。うす濁りでありながら軽快で爽やか、淡麗辛口の先を行く味わいは見事。
