山城屋 First Classは「一級」という意味をもった山城屋を代表する一本です。搾りたての貴重な中取りの部分を瓶詰めしており、味わいは非常にピュアで透明感があります。程よい酸と穏やかな香り、酒米「一本〆」の米の旨味、柔らかさが表現されており、料理と一緒に召し上がることでお互いの味わいを高め合うことができる逸品です。

Yamashiroya is one of three brands produced by Koshimeijo and the only brand available outside of Niigata. All Yamashiroya sake are developed exclusively through the Kimoto process. The theme of the brand is “Wabi-Sabi”, a term describing a Japanese aesthetic which recognizes the beauty in what is not perfect, that which is simple, modest and ruled by nature.
