山本ピュアブラックの姉妹品で、しぼりたての生原酒は極めて稀少です。使用している「こまち酵母R-5」は、秋田県醸造試験場が華こまち酵母から選抜分離した新酵母で、香りも味も華やかで、軽快な酒質に仕上がります。フルーティーでキレの良いシャープな印象の「山本ピュアブラック」とは趣きを変え、全体的にまろやかでマイルドな風味を目指しています。上立ち香は爽やかでフローラルですが、山本らしい弾けるような新酒の躍動感も楽しめます。
