渡舟屈指の人気商品。 酒米「短稈渡船」らしいフレッシュな果実様の香り繊細で透明感のあるシルエットの中に芯のしっかりした濃醇な旨味があります。精米歩合50%まで磨き、さらに低温発酵で時間をかけ丁寧に仕込んだ醪は酒袋に入れられ、酒槽(さかぶね)と呼ばれる搾り機の中に積み重ねゆっくり時間をかけて搾られます。こだわりの製法槽搾り(ふなしぼり、ふねしぼりとも言われる)で得られる、繊細で奥深く濃醇な味わい。
