Yamamoto Junmai Ginjo Uki Uki (720ml) 山本 純米吟醸 うきうき

Uki Uki  (meaning "excitement") evokes the anticipation of ushering in Spring, after the bitterly cold winters in Akita.  With some ori (sediments) bottled,  imparting a hazy &  cloudy appearance, the sake also takes on a hint of tartness, amidst juicy notes of peaches & apricots. 

山本酒造の低アルコール酒で、アルコール度数は14度と穏やか。フェミニンなラベルの色使いと軽やかな風味で、女性にも大人気の春期限定酒「うきうき山本」。心が弾むフレッシュな果実の香りと、後味に明るい酸味が心地よく広がり、それらが見事に調和します。山本酒造の日本酒はそれぞれ気分を表現して造られていますが、「うきうき」は極寒の秋田の冬が終わりを告げ、世界に色彩が戻ってくるときに感じる喜びを上手に表現しています。
