This series is made with 7 different Sake rice varietals, polished to 50%, non-charcoal filtered and only once pasteurised. Each highlighting the true characteristics of the unique sake rice varietal. The Saito no Shizuku, grown in the unique terrain of Yamaguchi prefecture, provides a gentle and elegant aroma with hints of sweet rice. On the palate, juicy, voluptuous and flavourful, a tasty balance of acidity and bitterness on the finish.
