Sawahime Daiginjo Tobingakoi Origarami Nama Genshu (720ml)

Tropical fruity aromas of well ripened pinapple and the honey apple core of a fuji apple are fortelling for the vibrant balance of sweetness and acidity to follow. Fresh and fizzy, yet creamy on the palate, best enjoyed in a wine glass.

A fine expression of the Tochigi native Yumesasara sake rice, well polished to express its true elegance. A fine sake enhanced by very little intervention, pressing done by gravity alone to extract only the brightest of the batch achieving a truly condensed flavour.
