IBI White Muroka Namagenshu (720ml) 射美 White 無濾過生原酒

A sake made uniquely with both white and Yellow Koji, each cultivated separately and then added to the tank together. A rare citric acid driven tartness provided by the white Koji melds with a pleasantly rich sweetness, surprisingly soft and clean to finish.

日本酒は通常、黄麹を使用しますが、WHITE 射美は白麹と黄麹を別々に栽培し、同じタンクに加えたユニークな日本酒です。和三盆のような上品な甘みから、驚くほどソフトですっきりした後味へ。白麹がもたらす珍しいクエン酸主体の酸味と、心地よいコクのある甘みが綺麗に融合しています。
