A cuvée representing the winery renowned for producing the highest quality Chardonnay, meticulously nurtured in vineyards situated at an altitude of 850 meters. The cool climate yields grapes with robust acidity and flavour.
Following harvest, the grapes undergo fermentation in French oak barrels and are then aged for approximately 7 months in a 'sur lie' state, remaining in contact with the lees. This limited cuvée boasts an annual production of about 4,500 bottles.
The wine is distinguished by its elegant style, showcasing a luscious fruity palate and a subtle oak aroma that lends a full-bodied texture, coupled with a balanced acidity. Its exceptional quality has garnered praise from Paolo Basso, a renowned sommelier, who compares it to Burgundy's finest white wines.
